In the pouring ladle, The molten aluminum transferred from the smelting furnace, along with the remaining molten aluminum from the original pouring ladle, will generate large amount of oxides suspended in the molten aluminum under the impact of the molten aluminum.

Usage Method

Just throw the blocky refining flux directly into the pouring ladle and the reaction is complete.

Traditional approach:The refining flux is injected together with the molten aluminum, and rotary degassing is added. Due to the relatively low specific gravity of the refining flux, it is more difficult to enter the molten aluminum and the refining effect cannot be fully exerted. The degassing function has a relatively small effecton the oxides in the molten aluminum. As a result, the quality of the molten aluminum in the upper part of the runner is very good, slightly worse in the middle, and poorer in the lower part. The self-sinking refining flux was successfully developed under such circumstances. Without changing the existing production process, it removes the oxide inclusions at the bottom of the aluminum liquid from bottom to top. The lava flow generated is more evenly dispersed in the aluminum liquid under the stirring of the rotating degassing machine. During the upward floating process, the gas is degassed and the fiux is used to remove the aluminum Oxidize inclusions in the liquid to obtain better quality of the molten aluminum.
