Product Feature
• Properties: White cylindrical, 0.5kg per piece.
• Applicable alloys: Other aluminum alloy products except high-magnesium alloys. Cast aluminum alloys perform particularly well.
• Processing temperature: 700℃ ~ 760℃.
• Recommended dosage: Add at (0.1-0.3) % of the weight of the molten aluminum.
• Packaging and storage: Carton or woven bags lined with plastic bags, 20kg or 25kg per carton. Store properly and strictly prevent moisture.
Main Advantages
◀Effectively removes hydrogen, oxidic inclusions, and other inclusions from molten aluminum, improves casting quality, offers easy operation, and delivers excellent degassing performance.
Usage Method
Press the bell jar into the deep part of the molten aluminum and move it horizontally until no bubbles emerge. Ensure that the refining time is more than 10 minutes and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes before proceeding to the next process.
