Product Feature
• Properties: white cylindrical, 0.5kg/piece or granular.
• Processing temperature: about 660℃.
• Recommended dosage: 0.1%~0.2%.
• Packaging and storage: plastic bag lined in carton, 20kg per box, or packaged according to customer requirements. Store properly and strictly prevent moisture.
Main Advantages
◀ With no sodium content, it prevents sodium contamination and avoids/reduces white spots on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys or sodium embrittlement.
◀ It features dual covering and refining functions, reducing magnesium oxidation loss.
◀ It effectively removes magnesium oxide and other impurities, enhancing dross removal efficiency.
Usage Method
Press this product into 3/4 of the aluminum liquid with a bell jar (cover) and move it horizontally until no bubbles float up.
The total reaction time is controlled at about 10 minutes for better results.
