Product Feature
• Properties: White cylindrical, 0.5kg per piece.
• Processing temperature: 740℃ ~ 780℃
• Recommended dosage: (0.2-0.5) %.
• Packaging and storage: Carton or woven bags lined with plastic bags, 20kg or 25kg per carton. Store properly and prevent moisture.
Main Advantages
◀ No smoke, No odor, eco-friendly and highly efficient, it can replace traditional hexachloroethane. It has dual effects of dross removal and degassing, and enhances modification efficiency.
◀ It effectively removes harmful elements such as alkali metals in molten aluminum, improves the fluidity of molten aluminum, and enhances casting quality.
◀ After refining, the dross appears in a powdery form and is extremely easy to skim off.
Usage Method
During use, press one flux block into the molten aluminum to 3/4 of its depth using a bell jar (do not press multiple blocks at once) until no bubbles are released. Then let it stand for 5-10 minutes before skimming the dross and proceeding to the next process.
