Usage Method

◀ Calculate the required amount of master alloy for the total melt volume based on the element control standards in the melt and the standard content of the master alloy.

◀ Generally, the master alloy for composition adjustment is added together with furnace charge, evenly spread in the middle layer of the furnace charge.

◀ After melting the melt, stir well and conduct sample analysis.

Packaging and Storage

◀ Precautions: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place with tight and intact packaging. Do not store with food, feed, or acidic substances. Wash hands after contact.

◀ All alloys are marked with the company’s alloy code, production date, etc. Block forms are packaged in cartons, while rod forms are bundled and palletized.
