Product Feature
• Properties: Blackish-gray cylinder (0.5kg per piece).
• Processing temperature: 780℃ ~ 840℃ .
• Recommended dosage: Add at (0.15-0.35) % of the weight of the molten aluminum.
• Applicable alloys: Eutectic aluminum-silicon alloys (such as 108 and 109 alloys) and hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloys.
• Packaging and storage: Packed in cartons lined with plastic bags, 25kg per piece. Keep properly and strictly prevent moisture.
Main Advantages

Usage Method
After the alloy rises to a certain temperature, the slag is removed. The high-phosphorus modifier is directly placed in the crucible, and the product will automatically enter the molten aluminum. The reaction lasts for 10 to 15 minutes. After standing for 10 minutes, it is refined and cast.
