Usage Method

◀ The application of the reverberatory furnace: With the help of a powder sprayer, high-purity nitrogen is used to spray the magnesium remover into the aluminum molten pool. The ﬁne powder of the magnesium remover that is diﬀused and sprayed in undergoes a chemical reaction with the magnesium in the aluminum alloy, and the reactants ﬂoat to the surface of the aluminum liquid, thereby achieving the purpose of magnesium removal.

◀ Usage of crucible furnace: Sprinkle the magnesium remover on top of the molten aluminum, and press the magnesium-remover into the bottom with a basel-shaped bell jar, moving it up and down. After the reaction is complete, take out the bell jar for sampling and analysis.
