◀ After the molten aluminum has completely melted and reached the temperature, remove the surface aluminum slag.
◀ Add the required amount of titanium-boron refining. At this point, small yellow flames will be produced, and the titaniumboron refining will be completely reacted in a very short time.
◀ After standing for a moment, stir evenly, refine and remove the slag, and then casting can be carried out.
Notes
◀ Titanium boron refiner can be put into either the holding furnace or the melting furnace.
◀ Titanium boron refining flux is best added before the final refining.
◀ The attenuation effect of the refining time of the titanium-boron refining flux is 5 hours. After 5 hours, an appropriate amount of refining flux should be added to the melt.
◀ The addition of titanium-boron refining has no adverse effect on the chemical treatment and oxidation coloring of aluminium or aluminium products. The operating temperature should be controlled between 720℃ and 760℃ .
