Product Feature

• Properties: White powder or Blackish-gray（2.5kg/ bag） .

• Processing temperature: 780℃ ~ 800℃ .

• Recommended dosage: It depends on the thickness of the lumps formed on the furnace wall.

• Packaging and storage: Cartons or woven bags lined with plastic bags, 25kg per piece. Store properly and strictly prevent moisture.

Usage Method

Using a powder injector, spray a specified amount of furnace cleaning flux onto the slag lumps and furnace wall. After reheating for 10–15 minutes, gently remove the accumulated slag with a slag rake; for areas with thicker slag lumps, repeating the process 2–3 times will achieve complete removal.
